Winter, which in Israel means mostly rain, is late here, too. But we need it, since the preceding two months were almost dry. Neither is as charming to look at as New England snowfall.
The snow stopped at about six inches, though it was spotty and some nearby areas got nearly a foot. But this morning at six AM the temperature was 6.2° F. I'm ready for spring.
