New York, New YorkSunday morning, and a mid-town parking lot on 30th just west of 5th is empty. Click on the image to get a larger version, where the parking rates will be legible. The odd thing is, these are quite reasonable in context, a fraction of what they are just a mile north where you'd park (if silly enough to drive into town) closer to the museums and galleries.
